    My all time favorite pie. I make at least one every summer. I always add lemon zest and extra lemon juice to the filling as I like it a little bit tart. The crust is excellent, but as with all of Rose's recipe, it is extremely fussy. I've used the Cook's Illustrated Vodka crust with it when I'm short on time.
