Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was slightly laborious for a barbecue recipe, but actually the result was very nice. This would be the kind of thing I'd repeat if I was doing a "fancy" barbeque, or just wanted to serve one thing on the barbecue. But for your bog-standard friends-and-family barbecue it's a bit of a faff.
