Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was a nice, simple recipe without too much faff but delivering on flavour, which I liked. I went slightly wrong with the dumplings, as I was making a half batch but added a full egg which made them quite soft and liquid. They still held together and cooked nicely, and it's a great way to use leftover stale bread, but can see they would be nicer if a bit firmer.
