Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    The root vegetable fries were pleasant, but there's no getting around the fact that they just aren't crunchy, and I want crunch from my fries. Also I thought I could sneak the parsnip past my partner (who doesn't like parsnip but I thought wouldn't notice) but he wasn't having any of it. So I probably won't repeat this.
