Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Try as I might, I could not get these crispy. They tasted okay but were a bit floppy. I would change oil between the 1st and 2nd frying next time because the rice flour makes a mess.
