Requires marinating for 1/2 an hour to 2 hours. Can substitute shark or halibut steaks (fresh or frozen) or frozen tuna steaks for fresh tuna steaks, pineapple juice for orange juice, dry sherry for sake, and ground ginger for ginger root.
