Requires 2-24 hours to chill. Can substitute zucchini for yellow squash (or use both), fresh peas for frozen peas, cheddar cheese for smoked cheddar cheese, and fresh oregano, fresh basil, fresh dill, dried tarragon, dried oregano, dried basil, or dillweed for fresh tarragon.
