    The chicken has an interesting marinade/cooking sauce, and the tomato sauce (as garnish) is excellent--concentrated tomatoes with honey & cinnamon. I liked the extra crunch of the almonds in contrast to the fall-apart tender chicken. I used extra parsley, no cilantro.
