    Pretty good side dish. It's not so good that I would make it again in a hurry but it's a solid use for kale.

    This is a delicious kale dish. The combination of the pickled onions and avocado with the blanched Kale make a unique and well balanced dish. Hubby really liked it and he isn’t the biggest kale salad fan. I get a lot of kale in the winter in my produce box and will definitely repeat.
