    Very tasty, a bit messy to eat, but one to do, regardless. I had to make a few substitutions since I made this at the last moment for dinner. It is definitely an easy dish for a weeknight. The subs were easily made - large elbow macaroni for the penne, and leftover pasta sauce for tomato sauce (I swore I had some when I started) and then grains of paradise for black pepper, because I had some. It's a very filling dish.
