Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I also found it watery, I’d only add the water in the recipe if needed

    This was okay, but not my favourite beetroot houmous recipe (prefer HFW's walnut and beetroot version). The husband quite liked it, but I don't think I'll make it again, as I found it a bit watery (probably my fault as I used slightly more cooked beetroot than stated).
