Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Accompaniments: Nutty tōfu sauce

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

I had a bad of dried soybeans, having no idea what to do about them. It's time consuming this recipe and I was not sure about the end product but I actually liked the way the beans were cooked in the end. I'm not a big fan of konnjak so next time I will skip it. I will use this method to cook the beans which can then be incorporated in rice or salads
