Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Quite good for healthier scones. I used white whole wheat flour instead of regular whole wheat and the scones were relatively light and tender. Baked 19 min, they were just done (wouldn't want to overbake since they might dry out). I sprinkled a little extra sugar on top and next time would consider making the glaze.

    These were so good. I did add a tiny amount of Sparkling sugar to the tops before baking. Great reheated in the microwave too.
