    I cut the recipe in half and froze most of it for our two-person household. After completing all the chopping and mincing prep, the recipe was an easy one to cook on the stove and check on for two hours. The outcome is a hearty, meaty sauce that served as comfort food over spaghetti on a cold November night. The fresh parsley stirred in before serving gives the sauce a fresh nudge.
