    Made 4/19/25. Simple cake. Came out of pan easy (used a parchment round on the bottom). Used OJ in frosting. Could use some orange zest to add a little more flavor. Frosting spread easily and cake didn’t cumb. Not overly sweet. Happy to use some good in season strawberries.
