    Chill crust at least 1 hour. Can substitute lemon juice for white vinegar, and sugar for turbinado sugar.

    Delicious apple pie. The caramel filling thickens as it bakes. My crust was flaky and browned perfectly (with the turbinado sugar making the crust extra pretty).
