    This is absolutely delicious! Mine also came out exactly like the photo, so it is a thinner cake but the taste is perfect. You might want to set the timer for 5 minutes fewer than the directions state. My cake was slightly over baked.

    I omitted both the panko and the pecans because I didn't have any on hand, didn't miss either. Very easy to make, nice dense cake that keeps well. Came out looking exactly like the photo (for a change). I'll definitely make this again.
