    These had nice flavour, though I wasn't sure about the accompanying tartar sauce - it was definitely better with the fish than on its own. I used 2 whole eggs and misted the tops of the fish pieces with oil before baking and also broiled them for the last 2 minutes of cooking to crisp the coating as much as possible.
