    This is in our regular rotation and I love it - the tofu bamboo was new to me until this, and it’s a fabulous ingredient. This recipe makes a great store cupboard dinner with some rice and a vegetable. It is very spicy, so you need something to soften the edges!

    We really liked this - super quick, all pantry ingredients, and delicious. Made good leftovers the next day as well; the flavors had marinated pleasantly. Will definitely make again, probably often!
