    Really comes together quickly and easily adaptable. I made it with onion and bell pepper. Delicious. Will make this again

    This was really delicious. I liked this more than the actual twice cooked pork recipe in the book. It also wasn't too difficult once you got past the slicing of the pork. Will definitely make again.
