    This soup & my post here led to a "Ship of Theseus" discussion around our table. Did I make this "Chickpea & Leek Soup" or not? The recipe came up on my search for something containing celery & broccoli. I followed the recipe fully, except I had no leeks so I substituted Waitrose frozen soffrito. It was just the kind of simple, healthy soup which I wanted after the festive season, but others found it too monastic, even when served with garlic bread.
