Can substitute any leafy greens or cabbage for spring greens.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

I didn’t have dried shrimp so I used a bit of leftover bacon. And Napa cabbage very good and would make again. Without the shrimp I should have used a splash of fish sauce

Very quick and simple to make. Next time will use quite a bit less dried shrimp - K and I thought it was a bit too shrimpy.

I cut the shrimp to 1 tablespoon from 6 and thought it was plenty "shrimpy."

Made with 1 pound slivered baby bok choy and 4T shrimp powder (leftover from Burma). It was good but very shrimpy - maybe use a bit less next time.
