    I think the dumplings needed more salt/soy sauce. As it was, I added some soy to the dipping sauce, which worked. Also: 50g of chives is a LOT! I used about 20g and added extra spring onions. The method for the potstickers was good, but I was surprised they weren't entirely enclosed and left open at the ends?
