    Page 97. Thanksgiving 2014. Used William Sonoma's dry brine and then followed the instructions in this recipe to a tee. The turkey came out moist and incredibly flavorful. Added the pan drippings to the make ahead turkey gravy and served alongside. Based on the results, I will use this recipe every year.
