    Tasty! Clear and easy to follow. I used a fermented chile paste I had on hand instead of making the sub-recipe, which sounds good but I did not have the time or ingredients. I added bell pepper and watercress to up the veggie ratio. I ended up mixing it all together with Cambodian Cabbage Salad from The Elephant Walk. The mix of hot/soft and cold/crisp was very enjoyable.
