Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I agree with redjanet about the potatoes - they needed quite a liberal sprinkling of salt and another couple of tablespoons of sherry. All in all though was a great one pot meal and quick to do. I served some leftover almond pesto from Jamie's Italy as a sauce/dip on the side which worked really well.

    A nice, simple dinner that is quick enough for a midweek meal. I was surprised the potatoes didn't have a bit more flavour considering they were cooked in chorizo and sherry, but I liked that this was all done in one pan.
