Stuffed artichokes with peas & dill from Jerusalem (page 171) by Yotam Ottolenghi and Sami Tamimi

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Accompaniments: Basmati rice & orzo

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Delicious. Made w ground turkey instead of beef. Used just 4 Tbsp of olive oil tot. Used frozen artichoke hearts, so only needed to cook for 45 min before reducing.

Wonderful dish. Used frozen artichokes to make it more weeknight friendly. Made enough for 2 dinners too. Served with basmati rice with orzo from the same book.

Delicious. The lemony poaching liquid is addicting. I found that the liquid did not reduce as much as the recipe indicated. Found some frozen artichoke hearts at the store which made this a very fast recipe to put together.
