    I didn’t have pine nuts and used penne instead of fettuccine. and my quantities were a little off, but I think I got a good sense of this recipe. It’s very tasty and easy, and pretty quick as you don’t even have to mince the garlic, just peel and crush with the side of the knife. Love the nutmeg.
