Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was quite good; it had a surprisingly interesting flavor for being so simple. I added a chopped green plantain to make it more of a meal in a bowl, and that was nice. It did need more water than called for - I think I ended up adding about two more cups, and it would have needed it even without the plantain.
