    With all of these strong-flavoured ingredients, had high hopes for a very tasty dish. Unfortunately, it wasn't well-balanced & I think it could've benefited from a 'less is more' approach. Also found the breading was very challenging to stay stuck, though this may be dependent on the type of haloumi used, as I suspect a drier variety might be more successful.
