Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Lovely combination of textures and flavors. And really doesn't take very long to make. While the farro and lentils are cooking (15 mins), the dressing and other ingredients are assembled. The end result feels like a more time-consuming effort - the dressing is fantastic, don't think of skipping it.
