    I served this on a bed of butter lettuce with a kumato (brown tomato from Trader Joes) quartered and layered with St Agur (triple creme blue.) It was simply spectacular. I'm not sure how it'll be with regular lemons but I'm certainly going to try them. And, I'll probably make it with tangerines too. This will be my go-to vinaigrette!
