Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This recipe is on the back page of the magazine--accompanied by the fun illustrations that Emma Tissier contributes every month. Because of this, the recipe is edited down to its bare bones. No hand-holding--use your cooking instincts as to what your "drizzle" and "splash" should be! I accidentally left out the red onion (oops!) and still really enjoyed the results of my first gazpacho. Next time I make it, I will probably just add part of a red onion. Maybe I will like my "mistake" version better!
