Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was easier to assemble than expected. Mine didn't look quite as good as Kevin's, but not bad for a first attempt. We didn't make the sauce. Although it sounds lovely, we didn't have the ingredients on hand. Instead, we used a nice chunky mustard and it worked out nicely. We'll definitely try this again.
