Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I had high hopes for these chops but the recipe didn't work for me. I thought the masala, and I used the brand she recommended, overwhelmed the other flavors. Perhaps I should have used the lesser amount called for, but I have too many other lamb chop recipe I adore to bother experimenting further with this one. The raita, on the other hand, was excellent and I'd be happy to make it again to accompany other lamb chop recipes.

    Book club went wild for these. I was a little intimidated by them but followed the directions exactly and they were so so good.
