Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was delicious. Would be perfect for company. I am not sure it would serve more than 4 hungry people. The flavors all melded together well and had wonderful sweet and savory notes. Next time I think I would purée more sauce than recommended in the recipe.
