Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Used this version with all whole wheat pastry flour and less apple sauce: https://www.washingtonpost.com/lifestyle/food/how-to-make-a-healthful-muffin-that-doesnt-taste-like-one/2015/09/16/81389100-5bea-11e5-8e9e-dce8a2a2a679_story.html For a nut-free variation, I used rolled oats instead of pecans in the topping. Don't be afraid to use more apple (1½ to 2 medium apples) and/or more spice. Not very sweet, in a good way. The recipe made 9 regular muffins and 18 minis to share with the little ones -- could have used more topping because of the higher surface-to-volume ration. Will be making this again.
