Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I use another recipe for homemade mincemeat, and Martha Stewart's pate brisee (will yield about 24), but I follow Jamie's instructions for assembling the mince pies (which are on point), using the mince pie tin I bought while I lived in England. For those who have never spent a Christmas there, these made an appearance at every party, recital, etc. during the holidays (at least at the ones I attended). I make these to remind me of those lovely years in England!
