Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Flavorful, filling soup with a slight lemony tang; I used a Meyer lemon, which probably toned down the tang a bit. Had no celery, and used baby arugula to help fill out my smallish amount of spinach. Canned tomatoes were a fine substitute for fresh. would have been nice to have the kefalotiri cheese, but Parmesan worked.
