Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Very pleasing to all who tried it. The filling took longer to cook, but turned out perfectly when it came to eating. The pastry dough that is linked in the recipe is superb. I used a 9.5 inch pie glass pie dish. It worked, but the dough had to be stretched a bit thin and the filling just filled the dish without forming a heap in the middle. A somewhat smaller dish would have been better.
