    This is turning out to be a great cookbook when we are looking for an Asian flare. We all love this dish and we marinaded the pork for five hours. It doesn't need a dipping sauce and is perfect with Jasmine rice. The big surprise is that leftovers are stellar with scrambled eggs. It could be my new favorite breakfast to go. 4 stars
