    I enjoyed this shrimp preparation very much. The collard greens and cabbage mixture was very light and fresh tasting - I added the optional additional lemon juice and olive oil and braised a few minutes longer than the recipe suggests because I like my greens on the softer side. The greens were a light, tasty and healthy foil for the grilled (broiled in my case) marinated shrimp. I added the optional soy sauce to the shrimp marinade and would do so again. The prep for the greens can be done a day ahead; the shrimp needs to marinate for at least an hour. Would definitely make this again.
