    I have nicknamed this the "holy grail banana bread" because of its perfection. The texture and flavor are better than any other banana bread I've had. The recipe has been on Epicurious since 2003 and has 490 reviews with an average of 4 "forks", which is the highest rating possible. Some people have suggested reducing the sugar content slightly.
