    Really liked this. Noted the other comments regarding lack of a sauce so added more cider. Will definitely be making this again. N.B I didn't do the mustard butter but will next time.

    I didn't do the mustard butter, but the pork chops were very tender and the potato slices beautifully fondanty. There was a scant spoonful of gravy left for each portion.

    This was okay. There were not enough liquid left for a sauce, the potato absorbed it all. The mustard-thyme butter added richness and an interesting note to the pork chop.
