    This was different and unusual, haven't come across sweet & sour tuna before. I added a yellow pepper and subbed black olives as opposed to green. Quick and easy and very tasty. Would be good for entertaining as you could have the veg part ready and reheat, whilst quickly pan frying the tuna.
