    Devoured by all. I used a dry white wine rather than vodka and chucked in some frozen peas and spinach.

    Very simple and tasty. I added a clove of garlic, and just made the sauce in the pasta pot while the tagliatelle was draining. I didn't have quite enough sour cream so went a bit heavier on the vodka.

    Quick and easy pasta dish. I added the juice and grated rind of a lemon which made for a less rich sauce. The sauce is too thick so I added a couple of ladles of the pasta cooking water. Used double cream this time but previously have used sour cream.
