    First made for christmas dinner 23 but I've made it a few times since, with or without the ginger, with shallots and without. It's so delicious, quick and easy and perfect to pop in the oven at the same time as a roast etc. On my favourites!

    Easy and delicious, very tasty and no need to parboil the parsnips. Used red onions and halved the honey. As I was worried about the honey burning, I added it 15 mins before the end of cooking.

    Good balance of flavours, but reduced the amount of honey to half amount suggested, prefer it less sweet
