    Absolutely brilliant! Vacuum-bagged chicken in its marinade and then sous-vide (@70C, for 3 hours) before finishing on the BBQ... didn't have kidney beans, so subbed black beans in the rice,,, would definitely do again.

    I've made this for a Jamaican friend and it got the thumbs up. I roasted the chicken because I don't have a BBQ and it was still great, hot and spicy.
