I have a very large number of Southern Living Books.  I have all their annual recipes and also many other books.  You have not indexed but two of these books.  Also, Taste of Home is a big part of my collection.  Do you plan to add more  books from the South to be indexed?  Are the majority of your readers from other areas?  I have over 300 books on your site and only 20 are indexed so it is hard to really use it properly.  Hoping you will add more cookbooks from the south.  Many of the books have 20+ members with the books on their shelves.  Thanks for working on this!

We are trying to keep everyone happy with our indexing choices and the best way to do that is by prioritizing the books according to the number of members who own them and the number of index requests we receive.  We have indexed 6 of the Southern Living books so far:

Southern Living Slow-Cooker Cookbook

Southern Living Comfort Food: A Delicious Trip Down Memory Lane

Southern Living 2009 Annual Recipes

Southern Living 2004 Annual Recipes

Christmas with Southern Living 2000

Southern Living Homestyle Cooking: Over 400 Mouth-Watering, Made-with-Love Recipes (this one is just waiting approval and will be up in the next day or two)

There are some other Southern Living books in our indexing queue (below) though maybe not enough to satisfy those who own most of the 144 SL books in the EYB Library.

The Ultimate Southern Living Cookbook

The All-New Ultimate Southern Living Cookbook

Southern Living: 30 Years of Our Best Recipes

Southern Living Annual Recipes - 2008, 2007, 2006, 20052003, 2001, 1997, 1984

One way to ensure that we index more SL books is to get the magazine to write about EYB so lots more SL subscribers sign up, add the books to their Bookshelves and index request them.

Probably should add Southern Living's newest: Southern Living's 1001 Ways to Cook Southern. There's virtually no end to Southern cookbooks! Maybe EYB should try to get an article or an ad/voucher in Southern Living? Could result in a flood of new members!
