  • Oven-fried green tomatoes with lightened bread-and-butter rémoulade

      Since I made Japanese style fried salmon I did not want to have another fried foods and chose this recipe instead. This was quite good. Not as good as fried, but for baked green tomatoes, it was B+. The sauce really helped the baked green tomatoes. The baking time of 20 min was a little too short. If I would do this same recipe, I would go for maybe 23-24 min.

  • Crunchy Dijon salmon

      The recipe doesn’t say so, but I would spray the top with a mist of oil to brown the bread crumbs better. This wasn’t my favorite way to make salmon, but it works fine when you’re trying to just pull together something easy with ingredients you already have.
